If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a discretionary fee equal to 100% of the cost of the missed appointment. There are times when cancellation within 24 hours is unavoidable, such as illness, bad weather, accident, or injury. In such occasion, the practitioner may waive the fee at her discretion. Such circumstances could also prevent the practitioner from keeping appointments. Kind cognizance is appreciated from the client and is expected from the practitioner.

Late arrivals will receive a truncated session to all the practitioner to maintain the established schedule. For example, if you arrive 10 minutes late to your 60-minute massage, your massage will be 50 minutes long. You will be responsible for the full amount of the scheduled massage.
